Officers

Officers are elected each year at the annual business meeting in January and serve until the next annual meeting. Nominations for election are accepted from the prior month's business meeting until the elections is held.

Offices

The Guildmaster

Beth Perrin

Guildmaster duties: Preside at all General, Business, and Board meeting of the Guild. Call and preside over any Special meetings of the Guild. Act as the Guild's primary liaison. Deal with occurrences not specifically delegated to other officers by the Guild By-Laws.

The Castellan

Brad Kelley

Castellan's duties: Preside at meetings at which the Guildmaster is absent, or where the Guildmaster shall designate the Castellan as the presiding officer. Serve as the primary coordinator for all Guild conventions.

The Hoardmaster

Dave Berg

Hoardmaster's duties: Collect, disperse, and record Guild dues and other funds. Provide a monthly report of the Guild's financial status at General Meetings. Maintain a checking account for the Guild. Maintain proper records and filing for the Guild as a 501(c)(7) not-for-profit organization.

The Scribe

Rob Kraft

Scribe's duties: Record all minutes of the Annual, General, Business, and Board meetings of the Guild, or ensure that such are recorded, and ensure that a summary appears in the issue of the Guild's newsletter following the meeting. Record attendance at Annual, General, Business, and Board Meetings, and at other Guild functions such as conventions.

The Seneschal

Laura Croston

Seneschal's duties: Assist the Castellan with planning the Guild's conventions. Serve as the primary new member correspondent for the Guild, including both orienting new members to Guild functions, and recruiting new members. Coordinate other special Guild projects, as assigned by the Guildmaster and/or the Board of Directors.

The Overlord

Greg Willis

Overlord's duties: Coordinate and publicize monthly Game Day events. Recruit game masters and players. Make a report to the Board of Directors at each regularly scheduled Board Meeting concerning the status and attendance at Game Days.

It is that time of year when we prepare for our officer elections! All positions are open for nomination.

If you are a Class I member (i.e. you've paid for an annual membership for you or your family) you are eligible to be nominated for any of our positions. If you think you'd like to help with the duties assigned to a position or know another member who might, this is the time to get the name on the election ballot.

We vote in January at the Guild's first monthly meeting. You can check our Officer's page and contact any of the officers below to get an idea of what a position entails.

How to Nominate

Anyone interested should email the current Guild Secretary/Scribe to formalize their nomination, or to nominate someone else.
Alternatively, you can do a nomination online during any of our business meetings prior to the election meeting in January.
